"My only problem that I encountered was that I was not aware of an extra charge if checked out late. I also was not aware of what time check out was. So when I went to check I had to dish out extra money than I was aware of because no one had informed me. If they would have I would've been out of there in more than enough time prior to check out (whatever time that was)."
